In the summer of 2025, the community of Stone County, Arkansas, was gripped with concern for the welfare of 59-year-old Roger L. Curtis. He was last seen at approximately 11 a.m. walking away from a job site in the Marcella area. His westward path on Highway 14, near the Melrose Fire Department, was intended to lead him toward Mountain View.
