Alyjandro Cejabravo, a young child from Phoenix, Arizona, was reported missing on July 16, 2022. At the time of his disappearance, he was three years old. According to reports, Alyjandro was being unlawfully withheld by his mother, Maria Concepcion Ceja-Torres, in violation of custodial arrangements.
