In the late hours of May 31, 2024, in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, 19-year-old Kaedian Tyshaun Allen's life took an unforeseen turn. He was a passenger in a vehicle that police attempted to stop for traffic violations. The driver, however, chose to flee, leading officers on a brief pursuit before the car was lost from their sight.
