In the spring of 2024, concern grew for the well-being of 65-year-old Billy Mccain. He was last seen on May 1, 2024, in Capitol Heights, Maryland, a community in Prince George's County. At the time of his disappearance, he was described as a Black male, standing six feet tall and weighing between 215 and 225 pounds.
