In the late autumn of 2024, concern grew for a 43-year-old man named Victor Paul Demmert in Anchorage, Alaska. On November 23rd, Victor was seen for the last time. He had left his assisted living facility with the intention of walking to a nearby bus stop. His last known location was in the area of Lake Otis Parkway and Stanford Drive at approximately 1:30 in the afternoon, where he was observed walking northward.
