Michael Ray Niemann, a 53‑year‑old Caucasian male, was last seen on November 21, 2023, following his discharge from a transitional living facility in Mesa, Arizona. He had been transferred there on November 5 from a medical facility in St. George, Utah, after experiencing mental health issues. At the time of his disappearance, he lacked access to transportation and did not have money, and his whereabouts have remained unknown since his discharge.
