On 06-17-2023 at approximately 1130 hours, Nolan Flanagan was last seen by family members in the 400 block of East Beach Boulevard as he entered the Gulf of Mexico to go swimming. Flanagan is a 54-year-old white male, 5'10", 189 lbs., blue eyes, with short brown/gray hair and a beard. There is a small cross tattoo on the left side of his chest. Flanagan was last seen wearing a blue T-shirt, blue swimming shorts, and black swimming shoes.
