Kent "Dusty" Richardson, 47, went missing on June 30, 2023, in White Salmon, Washington, after a tragic boating accident on the Columbia River. Richardson had been on a 24-foot fishing boat that capsized near the White Salmon River inlet. Six individuals were rescued from the water, but Richardson was not found despite an extensive search involving local authorities, boats, and aerial support.
