In the summer of 2023, a sense of concern settled over Spanaway, Washington, following the disappearance of 72-year-old Billy Michael Tucker. On July 2nd, the elderly man was last seen at the adult family home where he resided. He was described as a white male, standing at 5'8' and weighing between 130 and 150 pounds, with gray hair and green eyes.
