In the spring of 2024, a sense of concern began to grow among the family and friends of Taniya Brinson. A 21-year-old Black / African American woman, Taniya was last seen on May 26, 2024, in Knoxville, Tennessee. On the day she went missing, she was in the 2300 block of Linden Avenue. Taniya, described as being between 5 feet 9 inches and 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing between 130 and 140 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes, had plans that day.
