In the summer of 2023, concern grew for the well-being of Tabitha Regina Cain, a 46-year-old woman from West Memphis, Arkansas. She was last seen on the morning of July 7th when she went to a residence to pick up her son for a doctor's appointment. After the appointment, her son was returned, but at some point after that, communication with Tabitha ceased.
