In the autumn of 2024, concern grew for a young man in Port Orange, Florida. Seventeen-year-old Joel Valazquez Figueroa, a Hispanic male, was last seen on October 22, 2024. At the time of his disappearance, he was described as being six feet tall and weighing approximately 150 pounds, with black hair and black eyes.
