In the fall of 2024, a sense of concern fell over Conroe, Texas, when 16-year-old John Dorris was reported missing. On October 22, the teenage boy, a white male with brown hair and brown eyes, vanished from his home. At the time of his disappearance, he was described as being 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing approximately 130 pounds.
