Keith Michael Garkowski, an 18-year-old male, has been missing since July 19, 1987, from Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam in Honolulu, Hawaii. Keith was a seaman apprentice in the U.S. Navy, assigned to the USS Leftwich, which was docked at the base at the time of his disappearance. He was last seen leaving his ship, dressed in a black t-shirt, blue jeans, black cowboy hat, and sunglasses.
