David Carnell Hagger, a 54-year-old man from Missouri City in the Greater Houston area, was reported missing after last being seen in October 2020. At the time of his disappearance, he was described as approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing around 150 pounds, with black hair that may have been graying and brown eyes.
