Phyllis Potter Missing Person Case

In the late summer of 2023, a community in Tioga County, Pennsylvania, was wrapped in concern for one of its own. Phyllis Potter, an 85-year-old woman from Westfield, was reported missing. She was last seen on the morning of July 21, 2023, after leaving a friend’s home in the area.
