Luis Antonio Vargas Jr., a 26-year-old male, was reported missing on September 3, 2024, from Las Vegas, Nevada. He was last seen near 5710 East Tropicana Avenue, close to Stephanie Street. Luis is described as being 5'8" tall, weighing approximately 150 pounds, with dark hair and eyes.
