John George Pappas, a 54-year-old man also known as Johnnie Z, disappeared from Las Vegas, Nevada, on the evening of August 18, 1976. He was last seen at his home in the vicinity of Robindale and Haven Street. Pappas informed his wife he was leaving to meet an individual at a local restaurant to discuss the sale of his boat.
