Richard Jonathan Lackey, a 51-year-old man, was last seen on February 1, 1991, in Glendale, California. He had plans to sail from Mexico to Hawaii, but his boat was later found adrift about 300 miles off the coast of Acapulco, Mexico, with no sign of him aboard. Investigators discovered his sailboat, but there was no trace of Lackey, and he has not been heard from since.
