Steve is known to have frequented several counties in California, including Yuba, Placer, and Sacramento. He was last seen wearing a black leather jacket, blue jeans, and white tennis shoes. Standing at 5'10" and weighing about 160 pounds, Steve had brown hair and brown eyes. Despite ongoing efforts by authorities, including the Yuba County Sheriff’s Department, his whereabouts remain unknown, and the case remains unsolved.
