Jaime Noya, a 64-year-old man from North Port, Florida, went missing on August 4, 2024, during Tropical Storm Debby. He was last seen at his home on Mulgrave Avenue around 3 p.m. Noya was wearing a black jacket, blue jeans, and blue shoes at the time. He drives a white Dodge Ram 1500 truck with a Nebraska license plate 1047BR.
