Carol Jean Pierce, aged 35, was last seen at her home in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin, on September 8, 1975. According to official records, she was observed between roughly 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., in the vicinity of West Elm Street and North Hudson Avenue, where she lived with her husband, Richard Gale Pierce.
