Charlotte Moriarty, a 31-year-old woman, disappeared on June 21, 1977, from Hauula, Hawaii, along with her six-month-old son, Marx. That morning, she took Marx for a walk in his stroller, but by 1:00 p.m., the stroller was found abandoned at a bus stop along Kamehameha Highway. Despite the unusual circumstances, Charlotte's partner, Mark Barnes, did not report them missing until July 10, believing it was another one of her previous disappearances where she would eventually return home.
