Mary Badaracco, 38 years old at the time, disappeared from her home in Sherman, Connecticut, on August 20, 1984. Her case remains one of Connecticut's most infamous cold cases. She was last seen at her residence on Wakeman Hill Road, where she lived with her husband, Dominic Badaracco Sr. According to Dominic, when he returned home from work, Mary and most of her belongings were gone.
