Regina Brown, a 35-year-old flight attendant for American Airlines, went missing on March 27, 1987, from her home in Newtown, Connecticut. At the time, she was going through a contentious divorce with her estranged husband. The day before her disappearance, Brown dropped off her youngest child and their live-in babysitter at LaGuardia Airport in New York for a flight to Texas to visit her parents. Afterward, she returned to her Newtown residence but was never seen or heard from again.
