Terry Rouse, a 24-year-old man from Waycross, Georgia, was last seen in the early morning hours of May 11, 1991, at a party on Swamp Road. Rouse was seen sleeping in his car, a light blue Ford Thunderbird, and later left the party. His vehicle was discovered later that day, abandoned near the entrance to Okefenokee Swamp Park on U.S. Highway 1.
