Michael Kenneth "Kenny" Stricklin, 30, was last seen around midnight on January 29, 1992, in Yazoo City, Mississippi. That evening, Stricklin was at Charlie’s Lounge, a local bar, with his sister and a female friend. After leaving the bar, they dropped him off at Manasco’s Auto & Heavy Equipment Body Works, where he was working on a truck. Stricklin has not been seen since, and his vehicle, a brown 1979 Chevrolet pickup truck with Louisiana license plate T809798 and a missing rear window, also disappeared.
Authorities conducted searches, including in the Yazoo River, where they recovered his toolbox, but no further evidence of his whereabouts was found. At the time of his disappearance, Stricklin was wearing a red and blue plaid shirt, jeans, a leather jacket, and a camouflage-print cap. He worked as a car salesman and electrician, and his family suspects foul play, though little evidence has surfaced to support this theory.
Despite extensive searches and investigations, both Stricklin and his truck remain missing, and his case is still classified as endangered missing. Investigators encourage anyone with information to contact the Yazoo County Sheriff's Office.
