Elizabeth Mary Allen, a 35-year-old woman, was last seen on February 23, 1993, in Oak Harbor, Washington, in the area of Troxell Road and Monkey Hill Road. She disappeared following an argument with her boyfriend and has not been heard from since. At the time of her disappearance, Elizabeth was wearing a gray faux fur coat with black specks and gray sweatpants with blue stripes.
