Jeffery Richard Chisholm, a 19-year-old from Pomona, California, was last seen on August 19, 1994, by friends at a music studio in Pomona. He was described as being 5'10", weighing around 145 pounds, with dark blond hair and blue eyes, and had a distinctive scar below his left eyebrow.
