Jeffery Richard Chisholm, a 19-year-old from Pomona, California, was last seen on August 19, 1994, by friends at a music studio in Pomona. He was described as being 5'10", weighing around 145 pounds, with dark blond hair and blue eyes, and had a distinctive scar below his left eyebrow. Jeffery, who went by the nickname "Jeff," was wearing a white t-shirt, blue jeans, and Nike sneakers at the time of his disappearance.

Six weeks after he was last seen, Jeffery’s white 1990 Ford Ranger was found abandoned on a remote dirt road approximately 35 miles south of Colorado City, Arizona. The vehicle was locked, with its alarm and kill switch activated. Despite available funds in his bank account, there has been no activity since his disappearance, suggesting that he did not leave on his own accord. Jeffery had been a good student, worked with his father, and had recently registered for college classes, further raising doubts about a voluntary disappearance.

In 1998, a tip suggested that Jeffery had been spotted in St. George, Utah, but this lead did not result in any new information. Jeffery had visited Utah on ski trips in the past, but he did not know anyone living there. Despite the efforts of law enforcement, his case remains unsolved, and the West Covina Police Department continues to investigate his disappearance.
