Victor Manuel Mendez, age 30, was last seen on January 27, 1997, at his residence in East Los Angeles, California. On that day, he told his family that he was going to visit relatives nearby. However, he never arrived at his destination, and he has not been heard from since. His family filed a missing person report on January 31, 1997, after he failed to return or make contact.
