Nathan Andrew Edberg, a 21-year-old man from White Bear Lake, Minnesota, was last seen on the night of April 14, 1999. He had gone to Decoy’s Bar and Grill in White Bear Lake to have drinks with friends. Witnesses recall that Nathan appeared to be in a better mood than in previous days, despite dealing with personal struggles.
