Teresa Marie Barbusca, a 16-year-old girl, was reported missing on May 25, 1999, from Sacramento, California. At the time, she was described as 5'0" to 5'1" tall, weighing around 100 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. Teresa had a tattoo of her initials "TB" on the back of her right shoulder and had recently highlighted her hair.
