Kinsey Maxfield Otto, a 24-year-old man from Minneapolis, Minnesota, was last seen on May 19, 2000, in Las Vegas, Nevada. He had traveled to Las Vegas on May 13, allegedly carrying a large sum of money, with the intent of completing a significant drug deal involving Ecstasy. Otto planned to return to Minneapolis on May 19, but he never boarded his return flight and has not been heard from since.
