In the spring of 2001, the life of Kevin John Belknap, a 50-year-old man from Stonington, Connecticut, took a turn that left his family and community with unanswered questions. A dedicated blackjack dealer at the Foxwoods Resort Casino since its opening, Belknap was a familiar face to many.
