In the spring of 2001, the life of Kevin John Belknap, a 50-year-old man from Stonington, Connecticut, took a turn that left his family and community with unanswered questions. A dedicated blackjack dealer at the Foxwoods Resort Casino since its opening, Belknap was a familiar face to many. On April 8, 2001, after finishing his shift at the casino, he returned to his home on Cutler Street.
