On a Tuesday evening, September 4, 2001, a 20-year-old woman named April Kelley Reed was seen for the last time in Oklahoma. She was leaving the Jesus House Shelter, located in the vicinity of the 1300 block of Sheridan Avenue in Del City, around 6:00 p.m. At the time of her disappearance, April was described as a Caucasian female with brown hair and brown eyes, standing 4'8' and weighing approximately 125 pounds.
