In the early morning hours of October 28, 2001, in Phoenix, Arizona, a 34-year-old man named Guillermo Monge Perez vanished from his trailer home. Known to his friends and family by the nicknames El Toro and Memo, Perez was last seen at approximately 3:30 a.m. in the vicinity of 67th Avenue, between Van Buren and Buckeye.
