William Waldrop Farrer, aged 66, was last seen on September 13, 2002, in Louisville, Georgia. He was spotted around 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. near Rocky Comfort Creek, one of his favorite fishing spots, off Clarks Mill Road. His boat was discovered later that day, anchored in the middle of the creek and positioned over a fallen tree.
