In the late summer of 2002, the quiet community of Louisville, Georgia, was unsettled by the perplexing disappearance of William 'Bill' Farrer, a 66-year-old man known for his love of fishing. Mr. Farrer, also known by the nickname 'Bo Peep,' was last seen on a Friday, sometime between 10:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. The day he vanished, his boat was discovered anchored in his favorite fishing spot on Rocky Comfort Creek, positioned over a fallen tree.
