William Issac Eastep, a 54-year-old man, was last seen on February 15, 2003, around 1:30 p.m. at a convenience store located near 802 and Loop 197 North in Texas City, Texas. Eastep informed others that he planned to travel to Port Lavaca, Texas, but it is unclear if he ever arrived at his destination. He was driving a white 1996 Ford F-150 with Texas license plate number 6SVM06, which also remains missing.
