Alan Rhys Dowden, aged 29, was last seen on October 26, 2003, near the Trinity River Dam in Camilla, Texas. Dowden was spending time at his father's lake house with his three children, his girlfriend, and her family. On the day of his disappearance, he had been outside playing with the children. While walking near the dam, all the children except one returned to the house.
