Delwin Locklear, a 27-year-old Native American man from Maxton, North Carolina, disappeared on July 6, 2004. Known by his nickname "Little Dee," Delwin was last seen in a wooded area behind his home on Nina Road. Despite extensive searches by authorities, including the use of K-9 units and ATVs, no trace of him has been found.
