In the summer of 2004, a 27-year-old man named Delwin Locklear, known to his loved ones as 'Little Dee,' disappeared from his home in Maxton, North Carolina. On or around July 6th or 7th, the Native American man was last seen in a wooded area behind his residence in the vicinity of the 200 block of Nina Road in Robeson County.
