Jerry Smith, a 62-year-old man from Poughquag, New York, went missing on October 3, 2004. He was last seen around 1:00 p.m. in the backyard of his residence, located at a facility for disabled veterans on Greenhaven Road. Jerry suffers from schizophrenia and was without his necessary medication at the time, leading to concerns about his ability to function without it.
