On a winter evening in Lowell, Oregon, 39-year-old Donald Wayne Fry was last seen on January 24, 2005. He was at the Lookout Point Dam, a location twenty-two miles southeast of Eugene, with his cousin. Donald was wearing a distinctive orange or rust-colored hooded jacket that had bleach stains on it, along with black jeans and black high-top athletic shoes. He had graying hair and hazel eyes.
