Ellen Beth Sloan, a 52-year-old woman from Polson, Montana, has been missing since April 16, 2005. She was last seen at her home, located near the 3000 block of South Shore Route. Her disappearance is surrounded by several unusual circumstances. At the time, she was facing federal charges related to tax evasion but was cooperating with authorities and had been released on her own recognizance.
