On a warm summer evening in Wellton, Arizona, 35-year-old Neil Edward Deshazer was last seen on July 8, 2005. A recent transplant to the area from Oklahoma, Neil was at his home in the vicinity of Cecil and Boris Streets at approximately 10:30 p.m. According to accounts, he was seen walking from his residence and heading towards the vast, open desert that surrounded the community.
