Kenny Dwayne Ebarb, aged 27, was last seen on July 15, 2005, in Humble, Texas, just two days before his 28th birthday. Ebarb was reportedly in the 21000 block of Countryside Road, near FM 1960 East, where he had gone to collect money from someone he knew. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt or tank top, jean shorts, and brown leather sandals. Notably, Ebarb had distinctive tattoos, including a Betty Boop character on his upper left arm and various crosses, as well as names on his body.
