Raymond Dean Shurtz, a 74-year-old man from Cedar City, Utah, went missing on November 26, 2005. Shurtz, who also went by his middle name Dean, suffered from Alzheimer's disease and internal bleeding, which made his disappearance particularly concerning. On the day of his disappearance, he was seen in Fillmore, Utah, where he was issued a citation for driving the wrong way on the freeway.
