In the summer of 1989, a young man named Timothy Scott Parry, just 19 years old, vanished from his home in Cedar City, Utah. On July 18th, he walked out of his residence and was never seen or heard from again. Timothy, also known as Tim, was a vulnerable individual living with numerous significant health challenges that required constant medical attention.
