Timothy Scott Parry, a 19-year-old from Cedar City, Utah, was last seen on July 17, 1989, after walking away from his home. He has not been heard from since. Timothy had multiple medical conditions that required constant care, including epilepsy, Angelman syndrome (also known as "Happy Puppet Syndrome"), and porphyria.
