In the winter of 2006, Tiffany Marche Phelps, a 28-year-old mother, vanished from Henderson, Kentucky. She was last seen on January 26, 2006, at the intersection of Center and Ingram Streets. At the time of her disappearance, Tiffany was facing personal challenges, including homelessness and a struggle with substance abuse.
