Mitchell Buchanan Jr., a 70-year-old man, went missing on October 25, 2006, from his home in Dallas, Texas. He was last seen at his residence on Autumn Woods Trail around 8:00 p.m. Buchanan, who suffered from Alzheimer's Disease and other medical conditions, had recently started a new medication that caused hallucinations and confusion. He left home in his gray 1996 Dodge C15 truck, despite not having driven for several months.
