Paul Martinez, age 63, was last seen on September 29, 2023, at approximately 3:00 p.m. in the 3000 block of Remond Drive in Dallas, Texas. He is described as a bald, Hispanic male with brown eyes, standing 5'1" tall and weighing about 160 pounds. Martinez was possibly driving a 1998 silver Mercedes Benz at the time. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and khaki shorts. The Dallas Police Department is requesting assistance from the public in locating him, as he may be in need of help.
